This program is intended for convenience stores which
includes sales of gasoline and incidental sales of
propane. Stores with self service car washes and liquor
sales are also acceptable.
We do not write in MA, RI and WV. We can write in
MS but only a $500,000 max. limit. We are admitted
in 0H, IN, WI and AZ.
Submission Requirements:
• Signed and completed application
• 3-5 years Loss Runs.
• Underground Storage Tank Application (if applicable).
• UST Tank Date Sheet
Coverage's Available:
Most coverage's can be combined into a liability package
or split out into Monoline coverage's. UST
Insurance is always on a Monoline Environmental Impairment Liability
policy.
